Body-Centric Coaching

When faced with difficult situations, disappointments, failed relationships, the unexpected, so often we become confused, panicy, emotionally charged and mentally fuzzy, of two minds, splintered. Body-Centric Coaching helps all of that to settle down so that you can bring the whole person to the situation.

“Experience is not what happens to you . . .
it’s what you do with what happens to you.” – Aldous Huxley

Supported Savasana

Supported Savasana

The sensation, emotions, and thoughts we experience under stress each speak about some aspect of the situation. While having these experiences may seem uncomfortable, when we are able to understand them as windows into ourselves, our relationship to them changes.  We become able to learn their value. We become able to appreciate ourselves more fully. Our power to feel and act more confidently returns.

As a Body-Centric Coach, I work with my clients to bring all aspects of their experience into clearer view.  A coaching assignment lasts for a limited number of sessions and deals with specific concerns or situations.  I provide support that helps clients move toward resolutions and teach inside listening skills that can be used over and over again in all types of situations without my assistance.

Clean and Bright Windows

“Better keep yourself clean and bright; you are the window through which you must see the world." — George Bernard Shaw

Great masters advise us to govern our thoughts, govern our emotions, govern our actions.
Yet perhaps no matter what you seek to control, the experience of life you want to have eludes you.

There Is Another Way

Body-Centric Coaching brings curiosity, contact and acceptance to all of you and your situation.

It allows change to occur instead of requiring it.
